might buy myself an E30 convertible for the summer hence me joining this site

Im in Northants mate.

My car isnt really a rally car, its just a Jimmy Mcrae rep based on a
normal 3dr cossie. though in saying that it is stripped out and caged and all that. Goes well too

Welcome mate - well this is a good place to suck up all you need to know about E30s....

If you want a convertible best to get one soonest as the prices will creep up from now until the end of the summer....

its a MADevelopments engine, new 200 block, low compression mahle pistons, T35 hybrid, big wing sump, RS500 i/c, greys etc running 2 bar boost, (30 psi), its a crackin engine, MAD recently were the first to get a
Sierra Cosworth over 200 mph, 201.8 to be exact.



So who has the mentalist E30 on here? im going to be looking for a convertible, with an m tech kit, hopefully leather and nice rims and lowered, always thought those look great, my mate has just put his on ebay but i dont want that one lol

The E30s should be worth more mate - sooo much better Not that I am biased you understand

id say Ian332isport has the most mentalist e30 on here, with an e36 m3 engine in it!! very very quick it is too!

ive got one of the more highly modded original m20 engined cars, theres a few people with 3.5 conversions on here-also very quick.

however there's a fella called glenn on here working on putting an e39 m5 v8 400hp engine in his e30!! that will take the biscuit i think-should be quite scary actually i reckon!
