what oil grade do i need for my lsd and my gearbox also how much do i need

I use 75W/90LS fully synthetic oil in the diff.(Make sure you get limited slip type).
And i use 75W/90 fully synthetic (Non LS) in the gearbox.
Forgot to mention. Fill both until oil level i just below filler hole.Can't remember how much but about 2.5L in each.
