Standard bumper yeah, wanted something a bit different from the norm.
Could of fitted the M-tech bumpers aswell but that would make the black strips down the sides of the car look out of place, and I didnt want to colour code them.
Will have a play with the bumper again to try and bring it out a bit at the sides

The white Mtech looks good with the non-Mtech bumper, the black bump strip breaks it up a bit
And on the discount front, I normally get between 10 & 20%, although 30% seemed to be the figure when I got my E34 sump and it still wasnt cheap
Same here. I got 2 windscreen washer nozzles from the dealer last week, they had to be ordered in and they come in a pack of 25. The bag was split no problems. Same with the manifold studs I bought a while back.Simon wrote:Never had this problem at my local dealers, and I'm always buying small clips!

I hope not, wouldnt like to think im being ripped of by BMW parts as most of it seems quite cheap anyway.
If the discount wasnt being given I dont think that it would show on the receipt either

Car looks nice. Hope your protected the bare metal with paint of some sort before putting the clips into place.
The standard front bumper breaks it up nicely.

you may laugh, but some of them actually do do this! the system they use allows them to modify the price of things to a specific parameter for that part, although i cant remember how it works. so if you come in for 'a part' they will give you an estimate, then when you buy it, they'll "give you some discount!"Jon_Bmw wrote:Are you sure they don't just tell you lot that you're getting 10/15/20/30% discount
but also remember, everything they quote you is non-inclusive of VAT, so something that you think is a deal @ £100 will actually be a bitch @£117.50!!
thy're f*ckers really, but, what you gonna do....

Yeah Steve, 7 clips across the top, 8 plastic rivets across the bottom and two "clamping bolts" and plastic nuts. You will also need the plastic air channels.
Oh, and a drilling stencil would be handy if you want to pay £15 for it, or if you can find somebody that will lend you one
