Well guys and girls, I cannot believe the difference in my car...

I have fitted a front strut brace and she has also had the rear axle beam bushes / subframe bushes replaced and new front track control arms and solid bushes - thanks Ant :notworthy: and the z3 shift kit again thanks to Ant and a large hammer lol...

I cannot believe the difference, it was like I drove up in and old slag and drove back in a new motor, in fact, today I cannot stop driving the damn thing it feels sooooo much better, the power now seems to be transmitted down onto the tarmac rather than towards the pavement ! It is fantastic - I recommend to anyone.... do it !!!!!

Now where's my keys

I'll update my pics in the gallery when I have taken some matey

The difference is amazing - probably doing so many things at once - but it's chalk and cheese dude...

I only wish someone else could experience the difference - they must have been proper shagged before lol and with the brace and the quickshift as well - its truly amazing...

The wallet is lighter for sure

Yeah mate - you picked up that shiny rim I saw sitting there then
:D

It was hilarious with me and Ant and a number of heavy implements trying to get my old gearshift out... even had a balljoint breaker on it at one stage and the slag still wouldn't shift...

Yeah had them all refurbed in August before Gaydon. If they don't match i will have to get the other 3 done!

Eye is fine just stopped taking eye drops this week for the first time since October!
Just waiting for April fools for my op. what a bloody day to have an operation (they have cancelled twice so 3rd time)

But we are still on for Lakeside!

I did my rear bushes recently and just cant get over how well the car drives ! I didnt think they needed doing but as it was on my bits to replace list and I had them I got on with it , as you say the car feels far more positve when putting the power on . I'd say its the best improvment i've made to the car ! it feels like new .

good stuff Mark

i remember getting into my poly bushed sport after my standard bushed iS on 130k miles---the difference was phenomenal-just felt so much more planted even with nearly double the power
