im soon to replace my steel arms with some alloy ones, and the bushes on my steel ones are completely fubar
obviously i want some new CA bushes, preferably eccentric ones to increase castor as my car is slightly lowered, but there are not many options that seem to be around from what iv seen
i know m3 eccentric OEM ones are up to the job but i would really polyurethene ones
powerflex are out the question with all that stuff going around about them failing etc
i found these on BMP design: http://www.bmpdesign.com/category-exec/ ... h_model/31 but shipping etc and tax could cause added hastle, but they look ok
do i really need poly ones? u just wont them for piece of mind to be honest, but would like some other opinions. i did find these eyeball ones on bimmerworld (well, tim did) but they are about 190 dollars.
thoughts/ideas? what are other people running?

Anyway, I decided to go with the Powerfelx bushes after hearing good things about them. This is what one of them looked like after it "FELL" off my car whilst I was on the slip road going onto the M3!!!

I have more pics if anybody wants them. After this happened I contacted Sal @ XSPerformance who is in the process of refunding me and was very helpfull about the whole thing. I then took the F**ked bushes to Powerflex in Uxbridge and after meeting them I dont think I will be using any of their products!!
Anyway I fitted the BMW M3 bushes and there is no difference and I have had no problems.
So please everyone with the two part Powerfelx bushes check them.

I am off to the ring for the 12/13th august weekend
Fingers crossed that these hold out
I wonder if the failure is down to the way they're fitted to the lollipop ?. The instructions say no special tools required, I used my hydraulic press to push them in evenly but I imagine if they've been battered in with a hammer you could damage them
I'm worried now
Cheers,
Iain T
