well not posted for a while so here go's :( been getting the old goat ready for a trip to croft as a am doing the rsoc trackday in the 325
so new brake pads and adjusted the h/brake sorted out the blow on the
zorst and fitted a set of forula r dunlops, all is going great so i decided a trip out would be good to bed the brakes and see how it hangs on on the new rubber :D mint it flys lol and holds the road a dream so being a nob lol thought i'd give it a launch into a dounut on warm tyre's  not the smartest move this week as it griped like foook and lurched away with neck breaking grip only to rip both engine mounts clean off and moving the engine forward and into the rad only to be saved by the viscos
fan :( and my job for tonight is fit two new mounts and swap the wheels so i can go for a hoon around and make sure all is still ok lol and how it looks at the mo

Might be worth getting some polly engine mount's if you've got sticky rubber and do a few track days ?

If you want some uprated engine mounts, I have a pair of Ford Escort Mk2 RS2000 engine mounts - they look exatly the same as the BMW items, but are heavier duty.

£30 delivered winkeye

Not a problem,

However, If I destroy my gearbox mounts (which, incidentally are bmw engine mounts) on my project, then they will be doing on there instead
