Phantom Brake Warning light

Hi, Everytime I start my car the Brake Light warning light thing comes on - but have never noticed a problem with the brake lights themselves. Not a major problem, just slightly annoying. Any ideas how to stop it? Thanks

its most likely the pad wear indicator that plugs into the pads, one may have come loose or the sensors fooked. An easy fix.

If you mean the brake lamp failure indicator, and it goes out when you first press the brake pedal, then it's supposed to do this!
