Mean e28 slaaaag!!

Right, saw this posted on another forum. Some of you will most likely hate it but i like it! Wouldn't mind it myself actually.lol. Looks well evil!!!

It was originally a 525i, but they lumped a 3.5 into it. Its on Spax adjustables with chopped coils, 7series brakes (they JUST fit under the 16s up front), absolutely nothing inside - infact we removed alot of metal and welded bars in place for strength, twin 50mm constant bore exhaust, Sparco monza steering wheel and all that palava.

The wheels on the front are 16x9" MIMs. There is a matching set, but with 16s on the rear, the exhaust hits the ground under acceleration, so 17s are on the rear at the minute.

It was on www.miniresource.com, its a mini forum but was in the other cars section. Theres lots of people on there buying tec1 sports it seems!

Just got back from Munich and the BMW Museum and I think there's a guy there who'd cry if he saw this. In fairness his job is restoring the old school stuff back to stock spec - paid by BMW and he gets free run of the BMW parts stock for it too! What a job!

I wonder if this look (matt black, no bumpers, slammed and large alloys) would translate well to an E30.

Anybody got a pic of a 2dr E30 with no bumpers on it? Or even better a car photoshopped into a Rat look.
