Errrrr.:? Couldn't tell you.lol. Someone sed something about mtec suspension not going 40mm down cos its already 20mm low from factory. I think a 40mm kit would help the handling though.

as I recall you had 14" bottle tops on? if so swop them off for some nice 15" bbs with 205/50/15 toyo's or similar performance
bang the ARB's on doesnt take long but well worth it.
The H&R's are top notch, they dont lower the car 40mm but give it a ery nice stance on the road and road holding is improoved.
The M3 rear top mounts from an E46 are £10 each from your local BMW service department
Many people recommend using uprated bilstein shocks which are sold in the zone shop, I have got koni rear shocks and avo fronts, I'm not really liking the avo's to be honest but the koni's are very nice
Also you can get a few polybushes for both front and rear and they dont cost an arm and a leg I think it's about £100 for all the front ones and £150 for all the rears.

sorry about the essay but what can you do?

I recently put the H&R/Bilstein combo to give me a 35mm drop.

m-tech was a 15mm drop from standard so 35mm gives you an additional drop of 20mm (ain't my maths good..!)

There are some pics in the meets section of how the drop looks, defo a few 40mm drops around aswell

40mm is a good drop as said..Sits nicely and not to low.
I've got koni adjustables with eibach springs, not to bad either. Wouldn't mind trying some H+R's though winkeye
