Can anybody help me ? I'm getting an auto box from scott325 but when he has sent me the pics the gearbox has 2, 3 pin wide plugs from the gearbox. The box has come from a 1990 sport and is going into my 89 touring. Can anybody shod any light on what these are ?

The box from a Sport will be a 'switchable' box, ie the one which needs the 3 way switch fitted on the centre console. If your car has a non-switchable box it's not compatible.

It's compatible if you get the rest of the bits - wiring, switch, ECU, TPS, etc.
