Ԛ£1000 is good for this hybrid. A little bit too much to buy as a breaker and use the engine for my track car...

It will sound well but a rover v8 is only 150hp standard!! The 4barrel carb might give it another 10hp..
Better sticking with 1000cc less 6 pot!!

4 litre rover v8 is only 150hp standard?? if it's true that's madness, but i am not sure that's correct - i had always heard about 250hp, and that's also what this guy stated in one of the previous "sales"

A 4.0 V8 has 190bhp at the crank!! This one has a 3.5 V8 so 150-170bhp tuned is more realistic!! :wink:

i cba to read the ad again to make sure he sasy 3.5 but last time it was deffo a 4.0 litre.... :o :o something's not right! :lol:

a friend of mine has got a sapphire cos rep with a 3.5 v8 in there but its been real tuned & got a proven 240bhp with about 380lb of torque or something like that.
its got all tvr cams & stuff tho..

This E30 V8 was 'suppposed' to have a 4.0 TVR V8 in it... that's what was said on the previous Ebay listings...
