Hi,

Having noticed in recent days that my coolant has been disappearing i discovered that the problem was a hole in my top "S shaped" hose to the top of the radiator!

As a result i need a newie and thought i might as well replace all my rubbers!

Is anyone aware of somewhere that sells replacements like this ie, here's all the rubber replaced, rather than trying to find each oem number etc etc.

Don't really wanna go to the main dealer either, before yousay, as dont wanna find out it'll cost the earth!

Cheers :)

There's so many variations of hoses that you need to identify each one individualy.
GSF and Eurocarparts do the hoses, but not neccessarily cheaper than the dealer.
You can find the part nunbers of all the hoses by feeding your VIN into the ETK, which all E30 owners should have on their hard drives.

A CD ROM that the dealers use in the parts dept.
Available on ebay, and from someone on here, IIRC, for a couple of quid or so.

Call up your dealers, give them your vin number and say you want a complete set of coolant hoses. Done, It really isn't hard.

GSF / Euro car parts don't always stock them all and I found that the ones they do stock are more expensive than the dealer!

There is also an online ETK, have a look at the sticky at the top of the technical section.
