Just finished fitting the H&R 60/40 Cup kit to my 325i, and the back is just a tad to low. The rear wheels are rubbing on the arches under hard acceleration, if my rear sub frame bush's are shagged, would that make the back slighty lower (5-10mm ish) than normal, or could i just get some thicker spring pads (or double them up) to raise it a bit, only around 5-10mm.

But jesus........It dont half stick to the road now !!!!!
I did not realise how much of a difference the cup kit would make.

Mine corners like it's on rails with the cup kit.
But the cab rear sits higher than the saloon version with it fitted.

Don't know if worn rear bushes would make it drop at the back a great deal.

What size wheels are you running with?

Subframe bushes dont make a huge difference and nor do the thicker spring pads to be honest. It was way to low for me so I got some 35mm springs, thinking I might go back to standard now and just keep the H+R roll bars.
you might want to also check your rear tyres as they will probably wear out on the insides and you will need new tyres even though 90% of the rest of the tyre will be fine!!!

Oh yea, watch out for the speed bumps!!

You have put the 60's on the front and the 40's on the back have'nt you

I run KW with a 60/40 drop and dont have a problem. However I have a tourer and the rear bushes were changed last year

knackered sub frame bushes will make the back lower. Getting them done will bring the back up 10mm or so.

what rims are u running?

tyre wear is an issue, as are some speed humps. U either live with it or don't!

I know about the inside tyre wear, that im not to botherd about as the E30 will not be used as much as it was before.

I have 205/50/16's fitted.

I am only after +5 > +10mm max,

Looks like sub-frame bush's next then........Any volunteres ?

Not me I hear its a bit of a pig of a job. Not that I attempted it myself. The E30 hero Ant did mine, saved me from a crook garage trying to charge me 8 hours labour
