I was just wondering how much convertible shells are worth if anything at all please. I'm thinking of braking my purple flip one cause my mate is fcuking me about. Car is stripped, but sweet low milage engine is still in. It's also got Spax suspension etc and i guess i need to know if it's worth me stripping the car and selling the bits off including the shell or i'f i'm better off selling it as un unfinished project or indeed just crushing it and taking it off th road comepelty. Ho it's a 1992 J plate by the way :(

It's this car. The problem is, it needs a complet revamp so may be easier to brake it. He wanted a different kit so my bodyshop man stripped the kit off the car and i spent £1k on a Rieger kit (Same as mine, but cosisting of front and rear bumper, and side skirts) I still have the wheels, but i sold the interior, so it needs new interior, then kit putting on and a respray and to be honest i cant see anyone on the Zone having big nough danglies to take on something like that. Plus i'm not running 17" Aplina reps, so that rules 90% of Zoners out  :D

Weigh the fcker !, one less tasteless turd on the road, it's a start ! :)

Then again, maybe a motorsport fiend wants to rescue it and return it to its former splendour ?, bearing in mind the incredible rarity and value of a motorsport cab, it is surely a viable project ? :)
Come on heroes, let's see your shekels !.

I know i keep promising Paul, but the car is at my mates garage and i'm only home for 1day at the weekends so i run around trying to finish the Msport, then i dont have the time to go and take some before i come back. Best thing to do if you're not far from the Stains area is to go look, then you'll have a proper picture of what state the car's in mate.

I also have the kit in this link all ready to go on and my bodyshop man said he would complete the car and paint it for £3k, but the owner will have to supply paint, which i can help out on. If you want to be really pimp, i also still have all that new cream interior sitting in my garage waiting to go in. Imagine gloss black with everything inside covered in cream leather with black centred Keskins 17x9 fronts and 17x10 rears winkeye
