CENTRAL LOCKING!!!

guys im having problems with the central locking,it dosnt lock the doors with the key from the main driver door as any central locking would or it dosnt either lock the doors with the alarm button, but it dose lock the both doors with the key manually.
ive checked the fuse and that seems to be in good condtion so im lost im not sure what it can be..
also ive lost the sound to my alarm siren box too, lights tend to work when the alarm is activated but no sound..
if you know what might be wrong here please let me know before i end up pulling my own hair out trying to work out the problem..

sorry my mistake what im trying to say is the main driver door which i always lock or open the door with aint kicking the central locking on/off..

the locks seem to lock up with the key manually but was woundering why the central locking has suddenly just gone dead.

ive checked the fuse in the fuse box that seems to be ok but im not sure if theres another fuse for the central locking any where else which im not aware off.
