Crashed E30 still on the A240 near Kingston

There's a crashed white D reg E30 2-door which simply reads 'Motorsport' on the back in the middle partition of the A240 near where it crosses the A3 on the way to Kingston.

Anyone any idea whose it may be? Seems to have been swiped infront of the passenger side rear, so the police may have stopped it. It was still sat there about 90 minutes ago.
