£3500 - Zone Shop

You need to have a late, low compression 2.5 M20.

Is it worth it? Hell yes!

Costs, reckon you could cobble together a workable system for the right side of £1500.

Don't necessarily need the low compression lump either, although it might be limiting if you (like me) have the high comp mill.

Imagine the feeling you would get if you could stuff a impreza P1 off the lights, or a porsche boxter, S2000, e46 M3 even........

The sort off cars with the blokes in suits with pretty blondes and fake tans, giving "check out my fast car baby, watch me stuff this prick in that relic crap box bmw!" Only too look ahead and get the "No sex tonight" look back from the hottie.

It's worth every penny, headache, burn, broken fingers, sleepless nights, more money, problems and evetually pure fun!!

I think the closest I have seen to what I mean was on top gear, when Richard Hammond declared to the world "I AM A DRIVING GOD!" it's is FUKCING AWESOME!

( Wouldn't mind a go in that Bowler Tomcat either  )

im totally in agreement with you fozzymonster and know exactly where your coming from with the thrill you get when you embarras 'high powered' modern cars.it is more expensive to run and maintain and can cause lots of headaches, but the good outweights the bad all day long winkeye although im not at the stage yet to embarres m3's,but its not far away winkeye

What's your torque figure like fuzzy?

Doesm't the E46 M3 engine only put out something like 269lbft? I ain't far from that and with your masses of boost you can't be either! :)
