As above, can someone advise how to reattach it - there is a white plastic ring on the mirror glass with black studs poking through it, and a white ring in the mirror housing, do I glue it?

Thanks

Twist the white ring so it's holes are above the black spigots, then offer it up to the mirro housing.

From underneath, poke a small screwdriver or similar through the hole and turn the white ring to clock the glass in. There are several small serrations on the bottom of the white ring which you use to twist it.
