Parts still available as far as i know.
Easy to change > depends on your point of view! a short tome armed with an angle grinder will make short work of any car !
Welding it all back together takes longer! you will need to seam seal all the edges to stop the ingress of water at a later date, plus then respray the whole back face of the car, a lot of work ...
The easier route is just to fix the rusty bits, ie buy a complete panel if necessary and cut out the bit required and patch this bit onto your car.
Technically a repaired / replaced panel can be less structurally sound than the original, but then it is probably better than a rusty panel!
