Realised this quite abit now the car kinda idles high and even in traffic i don't need to give her any gas to move. Just lift the clutch up and she chugs along rather quickly due to high idle approx 1200rpm on my dials.

Also when i drive and then come to stop at traffic lights, when i press the clutch down the cars revs higher and kinda sticks there.
As i put the car into neutral and let go of the clutch it comes down abit to 1200rpm.

Whats wrong with it, any ideas folks or peeps had the same problem as me?

cheers in advance

I would check the idle control module and reset the idle using the method in the bentley this seemed to solve my idle problmes.
I hope this helps a little

The throttle arm on the TB might be sticking as well. Mine was sticking for a bit after sitting for 6 months. Some lube and grease and now its ok again.

someone said something about my cold stat might be on constantly or the cold start injector might be faulty making it idle as if its cold all the time

sound possible folks?

will investigate further with the throttle body itself.

the little screw near the throttle cable to make the car idle lower and higher is not even touching the cable now as its been screwed outwards to max, but still she idles high etc

cheers in advance
