will a 2dr interior fit a 4 dr interior?

Hi,
Will the seats (not the door cards) from a 2 door 318is fit a 4 door 320i from 1988?

I know they'll still have the handles, just want to know if they'll all bolt straight in or not.

Seats should fit in fine. The seats will still recline but you wont need to use the slide forward function for your four door. As you stated door cards a different issue.

Any E30 front seat can be adapted to fit but there are various degrees of difficultness involved.

In your case though - plug and play.

4 door lower rear bench has rounded corners. 2 door is more of a rectangular shape

Also the rear lower seat bench from a 2 dr don't fit flush in a 4 dr.

Upper rear bench and front seats are fine.

Only difference with the rear bench is the corners make it more difficult to get in through the back doors

Ive got 2 door seats in my 4 door, exept for the rear bench.
The tilt on the front seats is really handy belive it or not

Especially if you have a touring.
All E30 seats have the tit mechanism fitted. Just that the four door ones don't have the cables or handles.
