Ive just installed the full OBC (Minus heater) but i have not connected the extra horn or the immobiliser plug thing (the two green wires). every thing is conneteced as it should be, including the two red/white wires into one plug that plugs into the socket behind the glove box, but the chime/gong does not work.
I have checked using the overspeed and temp functions, they all flash ok on the OBC, but no chime. Is there anything else i can check ?

ya, i had a simerlar problem with mine not working and then it soddenly started working on the temp function but not the Speed function and mine set up the same as yours. no code function

The code function works on mine, i just dont use it as i already have an immobiliser fitted. Ive tried looking at a wiring diagram for the OBC just to see if i can see if i had missed something, but i always seem to come back to the two earth wires behind the glove box and the two red/white wires that plug into the connector behind the glovebox. I know one red wire is for the extra horn, but i cant see what the other one is for....
