wipers giving trouble

i have lost my intermittent and high speed also the park position is gone do i need a new motor or is there an easy(cheap) fix

Whip the motor out and check that the contact ring (under plastic cap on underside) isn't dirty, worn or corroded. A clean / removal of light corrosion will usually see you right.
