oil in dump valve?

i seem to have a small amount of oil spraying out my dump valve,there is also some in the intercooler,any ideas as to what would cause this? my old t3 turbo blew up and was replaced by a bigger t34 a couple of months ago,so im not sure if the oil would have got in the system then.the engine isnt using excessive amounts of oil for a cossie although the seals in the turbo have been replaced twice already :?
