anyone live local in kent or near kent need help with engine

i got a problem with my engine its making a tappety noise i was told its the cam worn due to the oil spiller pipe being blocked

i was wonder if there is any one local to me in kent or near areas that knows a bit about these engines and that can help with changing the head on the engine or jus drop the whole other engine in.
