Hi guys.

Just wondering what size 16 or 17's for these on a 318is. Also what ET would be required to fit these with out spacers or will i need to use these.
Then there's the question of tyre sizes!!!

Any help much appreciated.

Rgds
Matt.

16s if you want it to handle.

17s if you want it to look good.

Tough choice really :?

offset anywhere between 15 and 25, you can get away with a higher et but if may hit calipers.

put 16s on mate, trust me. had some 17s on my old is and it handled like a piece of shit, had some good rubber on there too, pirelli iirc. got some 16s on my new Is an the difference is unparalleled. 16s still look good also imo and a lot less chav.

do the rite thing and make the most of the car as its one of the best handling e30s.

never has issuer with rear calipers, only fronts!!! the issue i have seen on the back of e30's is wheel hitting shock and exhaust, that was on th M3, but 10x17 and et 17 i'm asking for it!!!!

Thanks for all the replys guys.

I think i'm going to go for 16's.
So am i right in thinking that i'm going to need a spacer for the fronts ! What size roughly.

Dazleeds i'd be intereseted but I think the shipping to OZ might be a killer.

Thanks again guys.

Personally I wouldnt put any bigger than a 16 on the e30

BUT a buddy of mine has azev A's in 16's on a sport and they dont have half the look of the 17's I'm afraid. They're one wheel that the smaller size does absolutely no justice to.

I will guarantee you if you get 16 azev A's you'll end up selling them. My buddy took them off for a set of 15 BBS and has since sold the Azev. They were once his ultimate e30 wheel but the combination of having them and getting sick of looking at them in a size that made them look poor meant he now hates them.
