i put a S62 into an E30.
similar to the 540

its probably quicker for glenn to list the engines he hasnt fitted to an e30 than the ones he has winkeye

i am commencing with that very project soon m8.

i have 740i donor though just the same.

Well worth it as far as i can see.

286bhp 300ft/lbs torque.

Oh and obviously the unmistakable music of the v8 winkeye

both! :lol:
but it wasn't too bad really, the hardest part was the electronics.
i'm about to do it all again, this time into an M3 shell.
and the soundtrack is awesome :drool:
