Just fitted blue/brown temp sensors do i need to bleed it

Just fitted blue/brown temp sensors do i need to bleed it.Lost a small amount of water so refilled and opened the bleed screw till it had a steady flow is there any thing else i need to do as i have got to go to work in a mo and do not want to cause any damage.

Right i have just done a 40 mile trip in it(now at my second youth club but it has pc's
) and it looks to be ok get's a bit hotter now on the gauge just below half and the heater is mega hot so do i have air in there or not Help please

normally ok TBH Wez m8m, the sensors are pretty much @ the highest point so all the air should have been pushed out when you swopped the units over.
be wise to recheck the coolant leval for a few days just in case but if she reads "normal" has hot heater and the rad is hot after a run I'd suggest a sucessful DIY session.

No heat from the heater is the give away indicator of an airlock. Water should have come out rather than air going in when you swapped sensors, so all should be OK.
Check the coolant level tomorrow, and again next week.

Just got home and the cold starting is spot on now with no lumpy idle
