First, welcombe to the e30zone on behalf of the team.
Your English is a lot better than many who post on here, so no problems there! Some posts are so difficult to read and understand with total lack of punctuation, etc., that I just move on to the next one.

Fuses 10, 12 and 21 all supply power to the instrument cluster, but your problem is likely to be a problem with the SI board (Service interval) in the front half of the cluster, which works the series of green, amber and red service LEDs.
Older versions of this board have a couple of NiCd rechargeable batteries soldered to them, which fail with age and go short circuit.
As long as they haven't leaked and corroded the board, they can be replaced.

Remove the cluster, unscrew all the self tappers on the back and split it apart. The SI board is all the electronics that remains in the front half.
All this stuff has been posted many times on here, so use the "search" button at the top of the thread to find all the info you need.
Anything you can't find, feel free to ask.

Here's a good article on how to get at the SI board. This is actually replacing the board, but as Brian said, you can just replace the batteries if they have not leaked and dmaged the board itself.
