Just got myself an 86 colour coded bmw hardtop.Thing is its not my cars colour,its boston green and cars brilliant red.Anyone got a rough idea of price of a respray on a hardtop.Also while im here is there anyway to adjust a boot,mine is sitting slightly proud on left hand side,tried search but no joy.

respray I'd estimate £250 - 300 based on similar jobs I've had done.
Re boot sitting badly - never adjusted one, but have you tried a new / different sealing rubber?

Thanks Chris, re the boot going to try undoing the side thats sitting proud
and pushing the part that boot sits on downwards just a touch.
