I went to London with Dips this weekend to see a friend of his who builds engines etc and had the pleasure of seeing the car in the link below in the flesh. All i can say is "WHAT A FCUKING BEAST" The details on the link is out of date now as so much more has been done to the car, like it's now runninf 750bhp and that's proper bhp and none of the bulls#it figure people claim when their car is actually running half :D

I was meant to be chatting about the possibilities about my car, but spent most of the time drooling over the car. I thought my brakes were good, but this thing had disk's the size of a space ship, and each wheel had 2x6pot callipers  Even more scary is that with indicators and a few minor adjustments, it will be road legal, so you have been warned. Lock up your children and grand children :D

As for me, i'm off to Kings Cross to sell my booty to buy the car as the owner might sell it for the right price

I've been into cars for years and i think i know enough now not to get excited easily, but this thing really is amazing. If nothing at all, just for the fact that the owner built it all himself winkeye

There was a picture on the wall of the car in full flow with flames coming out of the exhaust and the car dont have no flame thrower. That when you know you have some serious ponys under your hood :D

Mr Lee it's a long way for you to travel, so just save yourself the hassel and give me the money

In my excitment, i didn't bother to ask, but i'm sure it will be major bucks. The fantastic thing is that, it's not like most cars where the engine has to be stripped and rebuilt after a couple of races. This baby is a proper engine just like your E30. Dips and i were saying we'd love to buy it, paint it black so it looks mean. Keep the interior race, but in cream leather with black piping, so it still looks pimp and take her out on the roads and terrorise people :D

Wow, that is one mighty braking setup! :)

Can't get my head around why it only gains another 122bhp when the boost is upped by over a bar from 8psi though. Sure someone will say something about law of diminishing returns and all that, but for that much boost, I'd have thought it would make much more power!

This is exactly what i thought, I think I would always run it on 8 psi for safetly reasons, and sacrifise "only" a 100bhp.

I already dreaming about owning something like this. That is pure madness.

With a V8 infront it would handle pretty well too.

I know he built the whole car himself Elf so not sure if it's a real M3, but who cares :D

He was saying he got barred from racing the car case there was 40 cars when he entered and they all started dropping out until there was only 6 cars left cause he was always winning :D

no its not a proper m3 but very well made the car has cost him well over £70000 if you account for labour, you need to see the car in real life and not many people will get a chance as he does do work for any normal customers anymore just the selected few but manily race cars ,the last one he done he got paid £75000 for!!

Very nice looking car. Always thought that the best combination of my cars was the engine from my minker 323 - a v6 twin turbo producing 323bhp and 390lbs torque - and the chassis of my m3 - for ultimate power and handling characteristics. M3 always seemed underpowered after driving the minker!

I am sure prism motorsport was featured in one of the first editions of max power - back when it was a decent car magazine and not the tat it is now - with a wide arched cortina whose arches were made from and old filing cabinet!
Looked the nuts!

If it is then he has come a long way since then - good luck to him, he knows how to buld monster machines.

Good on him! Sounds like a top bloke. Did it for love back then, seems to still love it - how many people can say that about their job.

A minker is one of 9 cars built by turbo technics based on a 2.9 ford sierra xr4x4. Restricted to 155mph, 0-60 in a tad over 4.5 secs, a truly awesome car.

Mine was number 9 of 9, derestricted and accelerated in all 5 gears to the rev limiter out running my mates R1 at traffic lights and topped out at 185mph according to his speedo.

The fastest road car i have ever owned and am ever likely to own unless someone gives me their RS4 Audi.

I remember now. Had an '80's body kit that kinda flattened the front end and a large flat rear spoiler... am I right? Had wheels that were similar to the RS 7 spokes, but bigger and more spokes...?

Oooh, here it is.

Awesome cars... 8)

Thats the one, they did a bodykitted version - the K1 and n non body kitted version, the 323.
Mine was the non kitted version, looked exactly like all othe sierras except for a small minker badge on the front and the back.
Awesome car.

Where are you now?!!!
