Most of the fuzziness of the pictures was because they were taken through heavy rain, enjoy.

It was good day allround, would have been better if my engine hadn't lunched itself wednesday night though and I actually got to race for once!

8O What a great sequence of pictures of the 'spinner' I bet he was packing it slightly!!

Good set of pics and I love the tourer in the M motorsport colours.

One day I would love to get to do some racing like that, I imagine it makes standard track days look rather ..well Dull? But then far more £Â£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£ required too.

Ian
PS I only have 56k dial up but with 'onspeed' it really helps to view pics. Broadband on the Isle of Man is £30 a month  as we only have Manx Telecom so they rip us off with the price.

1988 325i weighing 1040kgs and no false M badges to be seen anywhere
The Isle of Man: No National Speed Limit, No Gatso's, No Nanny State, a disused airfield track 1.5 miles long, the best mountain road to drive on...Come and Play!

You'd be suprised how it actually compares, i have to do no less prep or packing of tools etc for a trackday than I do a race and entry fees are about the same as a trackday, fuel is less and tyres are again about the same. What is different however is the buzz, nothing compares to racing, trackdays don't come close I can assure you. Try it

yeah that, i got as far as half way through the second session of the test day on the friday, had an off at Paddock hill bend and rolled the car onto it side in the gravel. Car seems all fine externally, no body work damage but engine ran with a bad rattling noise hence no racing and big engine strip  . Getting block back from engine builder next week so hopefully will know what the problem was.

PS if anyone knows where there might be any pictures of my car on its side in the gravel at Paddock i'd be grateful if you could let me know. :thumb:
