I fitted the 35mm kit last weekend but never got round to taking any pics. The car originally sat on the standard mtech shocks but with some really low springs. It was down around 70mm at least and was a nightmare around town or any road that wasnt perfectly smooth. Plus the wheels used to catch on the front wings all the time.

I was going to get the 60/40 kit but in the end went for the 35mm one and I have to say I love the way it looks now. It may not be a slammed euro style car any more but it looks much more original and it was getting lots of admiring looks when I took it for a spin today.

The handling and ride isnt much different from before, the turn in isnt as good but I think thats more to do with the tracking being a little out after I fitted a new bottom arm as well.

Oh today was the first time Ive tried any of Meguiars car cleaning products as well and Im pretty impressed. I washed and polished the car last weekend using Auto Glym stuff and today I gave it a good coat of Meguiars Gold Star Wax. The shine off it in the sunlight is amazing.

Looking very nice.

If handling is the same and your car is higher up then the kit is working pretty well.

Enjoy!

Looking good Adam, allthough I would make the front a bit lower / rear a bit higher.

But happy when your happy :thumb:

I've already pretty much settled on going for a 35mm drop on my iS but it's good to see it on another car, although i wasn't intending to get the Cup kit, but H&R springs and Bilstein sports shocks. I'd prefer to have the back slightly higher or the front slightly lower as well, but i guess i need to settle for whichever springs are available...

Looks nice though mate - a good choice :)

Yeah I know what you mean. Ideally Id like the front end about 10-20mm lower than it is now - roughly something halfway between what it is now and what it was. Oh well.

looks good Adam, i hear what peeps are saying. You can buy from the states for about £60 some top mount plate things which drop the front a further 10mm. I was going to do it on my old sport but then i just went and did 60/40 instead
