hi there, just pulled an ecu otu of a 325i to check the part numbers and its got the following information on various stickers and labels:
alpina 13 56 618 (on one sticker)
wbaag62020
3311036
co5e (these 2 on another with the bmw logo)
and then a dealer sticjer saying the following:
prod/motor nr: oc21332
c7 2.5 manual
variante: co5e
motortyp: c213
datum: 08.11.88
there is also a white sticker with the following numbers : 1722269
does anyone know what ecu this could possibly be and the benefits or advantages of having this? was fitted to a f reg 325i covnertible that had a few goodies on it so maybe this was one.
thanks in advance

There would only be an advantage fitting the ECU if the engine as had some mods like a hot cam, 6 branch exhaust mainfold etc. If you put it on a standard engine it would prob over fuel. What goodies have been fitted ?

Chassis number from the ECU indicates it was from a touring originally dude.
Best bet.... fit the correct ECU to your car, and flog that puppy on ebay.
