Hey peep's,

I'm sticking a 2.5 in on the weekend but i think the throttle cable is'nt going to fit

It's an M40 with an M20 going in but the throttle cable's come from opposite side's :(
Is the M20 throttle cable shorter?
I have'nt got an M20 engine bay to look at for any help :(

Can anyone confirm this or prove me wrong please :?

Pic's? :D

Cheer's

Just seen this pic and it does look even as tho the end's on the cable are different  Aswell as the cable being shorter

Has anyone done an M40 - M20 conversion?
Did you have to change the throttle cable?

I can't see the pic..

But yes.. it does work ( Ive done it on mine.. 318 to 325. Just a bit of a buggar getting the old cable stop from the firewall out. Just be careful as this is a plastic stop and can snap! ( Like my old one did.. but just as well.. got angry and yanked it!)

If it is still in situ.. then happy days my friend! winkeye
