Guys I have taken the whole front suspension out of my 320 inc rack. Im in the process of putting in new shocks, springs, arb, bushes drop links etc etc.
So at the moment you can imagine that the front of my car has no suspension or rack.
The problem I am having is that I am installing a brand new oem arb with new oem arm bushes and new oem barckets for the bushes.
The problem I have is that when I clip the bracket into the slot its supposed to go into I cant get the screw in the hole to tighten it up. Does that make sense?
Anyone have a simple way of doing this??

Not actualy a simple way but will help. When building up the suspension leave all components slack untill all items fitted, this will allow you movement on components which you normally wont have. When all fitted then tighten up EVERYTHING.eamo wrote:Guys I have taken the whole front suspension out of my 320 inc rack. Ideally have the car on a ramp (For underside access) so suspension is loaded before tightening all.
MUST CHECK ALL TIGHT !!

Are you sure you have the right size bushes for the roll bar ?
If you do then get the mole grips on it.
