Well it's been raining very heavy where I live and I got into my car after work put my seatbelt on and noticed it was wet  It's only wet on the part that retracts, any tips or hints as to where it's coming from and how to cure it?

When I say "the part that retracts" I mean the part of the belt behind the interior trim if you know what I mean

Check seals on door, i recon you left the door 'on the latch' when you last got out?
