I am getting a wierd buzzing noise from the underside of my car towards the rear. As far as I can tell it isn't the exhaust and it sounds mechanical.
Anyone experienced this?

To check if its the pump, lift the base of the back seat up and start the car,if its noisy then its on its way out!

if it is the pump(common problem)then you should get one in the parts for sale section, expect £20ish for a good replacement!

Out of interest how safe is it for my to drive my car like it is? Is there a chance it will all of a sudden stop?
