Hi there I have a nocking noise that sounds like its coming from the front drivers side of the car. It nocks almost continuously as the car travels over little bumps.
What do you think it could be?
I bounced the car while having my hand over the strut tower and the rubber part felt like something was nocking underneath. However the passenger side rubber part flexes as well but doesn't feel like its nocking.
Any help would be great.

Could be any one of several things worn.
Check the anti roll bar connecting link as a start.

It's surprisingly difficult to locate the source of knocks in suspension.
Many people have rebuilt the whole front suspension on their cars, only to eventually find the trouble at the rear, and vice versa.

my knocking on the touring was ill fitting alloys...
