i bought a 325i ecu chip for a 87 chromer and it never worked in the ecu.
if i try this chip in a another ecu in a different 325 and it is wrong will it pop/mess up the ecu!?
would the chip go pop!

you must not swop chips about all over the place fella.
the 073 ECU is older school motronic and will not be copmpatable with anything other than the intended applictaion.
