What size (in mm) are the bushes for the front and rear anti-rollbar for the 318i?

I did that for my Sport, and it says 20MM. Which Powerflex bushes do I get 19mm or 22mm?

Just get some H&R anti roll bars, they come with bushes.

I agree, don't fit incorrect size ones but if the correct sized poly ones are available (and I assume they are) get them..
Poly arb bushes transmit little extra noise but allow greater feedback through the wheel.
I understand the argument against poly bushes, my 318is is poly bushed throughout and is noisey on rough surfaces, but I'd still reccomend the ARB bushes for the increase in feedback. (also the M3 front struts for the revised ARB pick-ups).
Oh, and the front ARB bushes I bought for my 318is are 19mm... I think the back ones are 14mm but not 100% on that one.

Thanks for the advice. I'm only changing the bushes because I have to, and seemed to make sense to look at alternatives. I'm happy with the suspension setup as it is anyway. I have plenty of other mods to be getting on with first.

if you are changing the bushes you WILL need the link arms as they are usually shot...£26 each from the stealers ...i believe that they are much cheaper from eurocarparts
