i assume that the heating elements for the seats goes between the leather and then foam cushion for both the seat base and back
is thsi correct? or am i on the wrong lines here
if so then i am correct in thinking that its only the toughtness of the leather that holds them in place, so the trimmer would have to fit them as he fitted and fixed the leather in place......yes???
thanks in advance
Chris

Mine were cloth sports seats so might be slightly different, but there was a thing fire retardent loooking padding between the elements and the cloth. Then the main padding is below this.
They were stitched in at the ends if this helps.

I installed a waeco kit in mine ... the pads don't actually touch bare leather as there is a layer of foam "stuck" to the leather. ... they just lie between that and the cushion.
