Trying to get service and owners information from Germany for my M3. I have spoken to the german first new registered BMW dealer, but not very helpful. Any contacts any suggestions?

Try posting on the M-Power section of the BMW Car Club GB web forum, you don't have to be a club member to register. You may find M3 owners who have had a similar experience.
