Hmm

Turbo e21 I need more power?

Was it the shell that was on ebay with the escort arches grafted on. I can sort you with some proper e21 grp arches, and a grp panels etc.

Also check out my mate Pete's e21 LS1 conversion

Jason,

Chevy LS1 engines rock! Gonna handle well if he is mounting it that far back as well.

Yes i think it is the E21 from ebay you are talking about. We picked it up from Wales (12hr round trip!).

I'm sure Martin will be very interested in your GRP panels/arches. The grp bonnet on this one is looking a bit tired.

I'm sure he will be on in a while to get some contact details from you.

Cheers,

Doug.

Jason, are you the one selling the arches on ebay? This is the first E21 I've owned after two E30 M3's and an E30 Alpina C1 so It is all new to me. Can you give me a price on all the trick bits and bobs you can supply please?

Hey Mark, good to hear from you again! Yeah I'll be well up for a blast once the E21 is done. It might take a while though I'm a bit skint ATM!!

Have you had your 325 on the dyno yet with that holset on there? I'd be interested how it goes as I was under the impression a Diesel turbo would nt work all that well on a petrol engine. I'd love to be corrected though!! It'll open up all sorts of avenues!!

Hello!

Dyno day went down the pan when I spat HG number 2 out the weekend before the LPS visit. Since I've been taking my time getting everything back together and working. I've also waited to get the sparks sorted, which is now installed, before venturing out for some more tuning.

It certainly goes mate, complete opposite to before but still great fun to drive, foot down....wait....wait.....BANG change gear!! lol

It needs 1 to 1.5bar to really get going but so far no issues caused by it or any of the new parts. The WG seems to hold the boost better and it certainly is loud once on boost.

Drop me your details by PM mate and I'll make sure we drive past yours when the mapping begins :D

Martin - Have a look in my resto thread in the photo gallery section of here, and exactly the same stuff on passionford in the restorations/rebuilds room - You'll see that your parts are starting to gather speed as my project progresses winkeye

Cheers for meting me half way too - much appreciated, can't wait to see your next monster winkeye

Hi

The parts on ebay are mine, when i started buildign my e21 race car I ended up have to get stuff made in small quantities as there is very little stuff of the shelf.

Know i can find most things at a price. brakes remain a custom job though.
