this is due to moly synchronizers and ally shift forks.
apparently you can get brass synchronizers and bronze shift forks to strengthen things up but i can't find them anywhere.
has anyone heard of these b4?
my alternative is to buy a stronger box, the getrag 245/4 is meant to be a good 5 speed for a modified m10 from what ive been hearing,
is anyone able to shed some light as to what my options are as to modifying the 240 or selecting a stronger/better box
time spent now while the box is off will be tears and cash saved later, so i want whats best for the little beauty, im going to be doing sick things to the block shortly so i need the box to cope.
i want a car with standards which would make the germans wet the bed at night
