Hi Jon,
I understand you are a proffesional when it comes to valeting etc and I have a set of BBS on my 328 which i have recently had refurbished etc with a polished and laquered lip. only problem is the laquer is peeling after 3 months and they dont really shine enough anyway, so was thinking about stripping them and polishnig them up... is there anything you can recommend?
thanks in advance anyone who can help.

hi
iam flattered by your comments
i simply am a bit of a perfectionist and will not settle for second best as far as products are concerned and i try my best to detail my car to the best of my ability
i try to make this easier for my self by using THE best products i have found by trial and error
as far as polishing the lip is concerned hard to say without seeing finish
this needs to be done professionally to get mirror finish
then i can tell you if you want which 2 products i use for taking marks out of surface and what i use to get the gloss along with cloths etc

its hard work but the end results are worth it
you also need to realise that they are hard work to maintain and wheels need to be wiped after every use

same thing has occured on my rims, the laquer has started to peel from near the centres and have been told to clean them with cold water only and no chemicals. the rims are diamond cut finesh.
cant afford to keep getting them refurbed every 6months.
what do u think jon?
thanx.
