Hi I have to replace my ariel and fill the hole as i have water coming in.I do not want to drill a new hole if possible so i am looking for ideas.

I have an Autoleads electric aeriel, BRAND NEW, you can have for £30 plus postage. Comes complete so no more leaking winkeye

You can get loads of different types, most just tuck under the headlining etc, or go for a M3/touring roof mounted aerial, much neater.
