You mean M30.

Yes, I believe the dog-leg close ratio box on the M30 (635 & M535) was the same as the M3's.

Works surperb, I went in "Ant2" 335i, but 1st gear is no good and he said the ratio is a little short for motorway driving.

had a ride in ant2 335 with the dog leg with i think a 3.91 diff.

he said top speed was 110mph, first gear never used. So will work but a little low geared.

assuming 15" bbs a dogleg box will give a top speed of close to 120 @ the redline.

super quick acceleration, but piss poor mpg and comfort on m/way

yeh just done 200 miles in it tonight, wasnt fun, the dogleg has a 5 1:1 ratio so you need a mega tall diff somthing close to 3 is good

ok, i do mean m30 (e34 3.5) so if it fits this is great news as there is
one on fleabay atm.

The car wont be my daily driver more just a weekend toy and the fastest acceleration possible is my aim winkeye im not too bothered about motorway, top end or fuel consumpion!

so a lower ratio diff will give me more top end?

how would the e30 m3 box compare in acceleration to the stock
e34 3.5 manual box which i have all ready?

thanks guys
