Hi, can anybody tell me if a 13 button OBC will fit straight into a 6 button one. I'm hoping its just a case of plug and play and add the indicator stalk.

Thanks in advance

Cheers, Graham

Unfortunately not, but if you are starting with a 6 button it does make the job a bit easier as you already have the outside temperature loom/gong etc. Look in tech' articles for a fitting guide.

I went from 6 to 13 button obc and all i really needed was the obc unit and the main loom. I fitted the stalk which is nice to have but not really necessary, and the relay box is also only required if you plan on using the code function, which few people bother with. If you have these then it's just a case of un-clipping the existing loom and replacing it with the 13 button one. If a ham-fisted idiot like me can do it then anyone can!
