Hi i just exchanged my cat for some strait through pipes a friend of mine had made. he told me they sound terrible but i couldnt beleive it... now i see for myself at certain revs its sounds like theres a couple of loose tin cans under the car ... :-x

anyway what i have looks exactly like the strait through systems u can buy has anyone tried this or has bought proper strait through pipes ??? if so any info on how they are made would be muchly appreciated thanks.

im thinkin about welding a brace between the pipes to make them more solid and hopefully loose the vibration. any oppinions on this idea?

please help thanks

i took it to an exhaust place today and they said if they welded a 2 into 2 muffler in it would solve the sound but thats expensive im gonna talk to another guy i know that does a lot of cuztom exhausts and hopefully get some hot dog style silencers welded in or maybe one big one.
